If I'm not sure what part I need or if I need further assistance, can you help me?
Absolutely! All of our staff are well trained on the latest truck accessories. Just ask any of our helpful staff and we’ll put you in the right direction.
 

If there is something wrong with my purchase, can I return or exchange it?
Yes - we understand that mistakes happen. Just bring back the item you purchased along with the receipt and we promise to make things right in the form of a refund or exchange.
 

If I need to make a warranty claim, what is the procedure?
In the majority of cases, you’ll communicate directly with the manufacturer. Each manufacturer will have their own procedure. If you need help getting the manufacturer’s address and/or phone number, we can assist with this.
 

Let's suppose I need a certain item but it is out of stock. Do you do special orders?
Yes - just let us know the item you’re looking for. If we don’t have it, we will special order it and let you know when it arrives.
 

Do you carry car parts also?
While we do carry some parts for cars and other vehicles, our primary focus in trucks.
